For elderly residents without a smartphone, LocalPulse runs a phone line. Call in your language, ask about roads, shelters, power, water, medical help, or get connected to 112.

Production: Twilio Voice → OpenAI Whisper STT → intent classifier (LLM) → response → TTS. This page is a browser-only demo using Web Speech API; it never leaves your device.
